Restaurant Manager

CIBO Wine Bar – Yorkville is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a confident leader with strong communication and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will play an important role in overseeing daily restaurant operations, supporting and developing our team, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate restaurant operations during scheduled shifts
- Lead, support, and motivate staff while providing ongoing coaching and feedback
- Ensure high standards of service, hospitality, and guest satisfaction
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally
- Welcome and engage with guests while managing table reservations and seating
- Prepare cash floats and accurately cash out servers and bartenders
- Order, receive, and manage the restaurant’s alcoholic beverage inventory
- Monitor day-to-day operations and address issues as they arise
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and delegation as required
- Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements

- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, train, motivate, and delegate effectively
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and skilled in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings,



weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Compensation

$45,000.00 to $51,000.00 plus gratuities.
