Career Opportunity

- We are looking for an AIGC Creative Producer to join our team and explore the use of generative AI in creating engaging visual content.
- This is a newly created role supporting a new content project at Terminal Group. You will use AI-powered creative tools to produce video, images, graphics, and other digital content for our automotive businesses and social media platforms.
- We are looking for someone who is not only familiar with AI creative tools, but also understands how to turn AI capabilities into content that people actually want to watch. You should have a strong visual sense, understand current social media trends, and be comfortable experimenting with different AI tools and creative workflows.
- As the project develops, we are open to discussing the content volume, production schedule, and overall workflow based on the project's needs and the candidate's experience.

What You Will Do

As an AIGC Creative Producer, you will be responsible for creating and producing visual content using generative AI and other digital creative tools.

Key responsibilities include:

- Create engaging AI-generated video, images, graphics, and other visual content for social media and digital platforms.
- Use generative AI tools to transform ideas, references, and provided direction into polished visual content.
- Experiment with different AI models, tools, workflows, and creative techniques to achieve desired results.
- Develop AI-assisted visual content for educational, lifestyle, promotional, automotive, and social media purposes.
- Write and refine effective prompts to generate consistent and high-quality visual results.
- Edit, refine,



and enhance AI-generated content using appropriate video, image, or graphic editing software.
- Combine AI-generated assets with traditional creative-production techniques when required.
- Maintain consistency in visual style, quality, branding, and presentation across different pieces of content.
- Stay up to date with emerging AIGC tools, models, features, and creative trends.
- Work closely with team members to understand the required content and deliver finished assets efficiently.
- Organize AI-generated assets, project files, prompts, and final content for future use.
- Continuously test and improve AI-assisted production workflows to increase content quality and efficiency.

What Skills Do You Bring?

- Robust creative and visual sense.
- Practical experience using generative AI tools for creative content production
- Ability to create and refine AI-generated video, images, graphics, or other visual assets.
- Strong understanding of prompting and AI-assisted creative workflows.
- Good understanding of Canadian and North American social media trends and short-form content.
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated content critically and identify areas that require refinement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Good time management and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt as AI technology continues to evolve.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality creative work.

What Qualifications Do You Bring?

- Academic qualifications are not the primary consideration. We value practical skills, relevant experience, creativity, and demonstrated ability.
- Previous experience in AIGC, generative AI, digital content production, graphic design, video production,



or a related creative field is considered an asset.
- Hands-on experience with one or more generative AI platforms or creative tools is highly preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing AI-generated or AI-assisted creative work is highly preferred.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms is an asset.
- Strong understanding of current AI-generated content trends and capabilities.
- Experience with traditional creative software such as video editing, image editing, or graphic design tools is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of or genuine interest in automotive and car culture is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Chinese language skills are considered an asset, as most of our team members communicate in Chinese.
