Al Premium Food Mart is a large-scale food supermarket chain in Canada. We supply varieties of food that caters to mainstream tastes as well as other ethnic groups like East Asian (Chinese, Japanese, Korean), Southeast Asian (Malaysian, Thai, Filipino) and South Asian (India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka. We operate three Al Premium grand stores in GTA.

Position: Meat Clerk (9am-5:30pm)

Role Requirements:

- Taking orders, selecting, weighing, pricing, and wrapping, answering product related questions.
- Raw meat preparation, p6acking, storage and inventory replenishment
- Endure medium to high levels of physical exertion (standing, bending, lifting, etc.)
- Equipment operation (weigh scales, meat slicers, knife and saw etc.)
- Strong communication skills with customers
- Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene & appearance
- Adheres to company dress code (uniform, hat/hairnet)
- Maintains a clean and safe work-space environment
- When using a knife, strict safety procedures must be observed.
- Previous experience and knowledge an asset

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
