I'm looking for a newer, motivated real estate agent who is hungry to build a serious career in the business and wants the opportunity to learn alongside an experienced Realtor.

This is not a salaried position and it's not a traditional 9-to-5 job.

I'm looking for someone who genuinely loves real estate — someone who follows the market, notices listings when they're driving around, wants to talk to buyers and sellers, isn't afraid of prospecting, and is constantly thinking about how to create the next opportunity.

Who I'm Looking For

You may be newer to the business and still developing your skills, but you should be:

- Licensed or in the process of becoming licensed in Ontario
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Comfortable talking to people
- Willing to prospect and generate business
- Comfortable with phone calls, follow-up, open houses and meeting new people
- Reliable and responsive
- Interested in learning sales, negotiation, listings and buyer representation
- Comfortable using social media and technology
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Someone who wants real estate to become their career, not just a side hustle

What You'll Learn & Work On

You'll have an chance to work closely with an experienced Realtor with 16+ years in the business and hundreds of completed transactions.

Depending on your experience, you'll be involved with:

- Buyer and seller leads
- Open houses
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Following up with potential clients
- Showing properties
- Preparing for listing appointments
- Working with buyers
- Learning contracts and offer strategy
- Negotiations




- Database follow-up
- Social media and real estate marketing
- Door knocking and community prospecting
- Building your own book of business

I'm willing to teach someone who has the right attitude and work ethic.

I don't expect you to know everything. I do expect you to want to learn.

The Opportunity

My goal isn't simply to hire another agent. I'm looking for the right person to develop into a long-term real estate partner.

You'll have the opportunity to learn from real transactions and real client situations while also building your own business.

Compensation is commission-based, with commission splits/referral arrangements discussed based on the source of the business and each agent's involvement in the transaction.

There is no guaranteed salary or guaranteed income.
