Five Star Bath Solutions of Ottawa is looking for high-energy, outgoing and engaging Brand Ambassadors / Appointment Setters to represent us at the Ottawa Fall Home Show, October 1–4, 2026.

This is an active engagement role — not a sit-behind-the-booth position.

You will be on your feet, welcoming attendees, proactively starting conversations with people passing our booth, identifying homeowners considering a bathroom renovation, and helping qualified homeowners schedule a free in-home design consultation.

You do not need construction or bathroom remodeling experience. Free training will be provided before the event.

What You’ll Do

- Proactively approach and engage attendees passing the booth
- Create an energetic, welcoming atmosphere
- Start natural conversations with homeowners about their bathroom projects
- Ask simple questions to identify qualified homeowners
- Briefly explain Five Star Bath Solutions and our services
- Encourage interested homeowners to schedule a free in-home design consultation
- Book appointments and accurately capture customer information
- Use a tablet/iPad to enter leads and appointments
- Keep the booth organized, professional and inviting
- Work as part of an energetic event team

- Positive and enthusiastic throughout a busy event

- Comfortable being on your feet for most of your shift
- Comfortable using a tablet/iPad
- Available for a short free training session before the event

Experience in trade shows, brand ambassador work, promotions, events, hospitality, retail, customer service, canvassing, fundraising or sales is an asset, but not required.

Compensation

C$20–$25/hour, based on experience

Plus C$20 for each qualified appointment you generate that results in an issued/completed in-home consultation.

Strong performers may be offered opportunities to work future Home Shows and promotional events with Five Star Bath Solutions of Ottawa.

Event Dates & Hours

Thursday, October 1: 12 PM–9 PMFriday, October 2: 12 PM–9 PMSaturday, October 3: 10 AM–7 PMSunday, October 4: 10 AM–5 PM

Applicants do not need to be available for all four days. Please clearly indicate which dates you are available.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
