Job Description

We are seeking a Full Time Technology Solutions Lead / Senior Amazon Connect Engineer with strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale Amazon Connect contact center solutions

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Amazon Connect Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, Queues, IVR, and call routing solutions
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, S3, and CloudWatch
- Develop chatbot and voice bot solutions using Amazon Lex
- Design and support enterprise-scale contact center infrastructure
- Troubleshoot call routing issues, call failures, and performance bottlenecks
- Integrate Amazon Connect with Salesforce, Zendesk, and other CRM platforms
- Develop solutions using Java, with Python and JavaScript as additional skills
- Support telephony and voice technologies including SIP, VoIP, CTI, and IVR




- Provide technical leadership for contact center architecture and solutions
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams

Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect experience
- Strong expertise in Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, Queues, IVR, and call routing
- Strong AWS integration experience
- Strong Java development skills
- Experience with CRM integrations
- Solid knowledge of SIP, VoIP, CTI, and telephony technologies
- Experience with enterprise contact center environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Cisco UCCE/CVP experience preferred
- Knowledge of Routing, Switching, MPLS, SIP, and VoIP
