The Servitek FOUSSIER team is looking for a new person to fill the position of Customer service agent. Are you dynamic and motivated? Come and join us! The ideal candidate will have management and logistics skills and a desire to contribute to the success of our company.

We have an opening at our warehouse in Alexandria, Ontario.

Permanent contract. Full time.

Key responsabilities

· Taking and following up orders from telephone calls or from the Outside Sales Representative.

· Checks inventory, packaging, product references, prices and confirms product availability.

· Schedules ready-to-collect orders in collaboration with the shipper and customers.

· Prepare purchase requisitions for missing goods and submit them to the purchasing manager.

· Draw up quotations and delivery notes.

· Order scheduling in Logistics and Production

· Greeting of visitors

· Administrative tasks

· Other related tasks.

Education/training

Degree in sales, administration, or other related field, an asset.

Required Skills

Knowledge of Office.

Versatility.

Team player.

Self-starter.

Languages: French and English, spoken and written.
