Job Overview

Rajdhani Milton is opening soon, and we are looking for an experienced Bread Maker to join our kitchen team. If you have experience preparing traditional Indian breads and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of fresh Indian breads, including bhatura, naan, roti, puri, kulcha, paratha, and other traditional breads.
- Prepare dough, portion, proof, and cook breads while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Operate tandoor and other bread-making equipment safely and efficiently (where applicable).
- Ensure all breads are prepared according to the restaurant's recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared on time.

Requirements

- Previous experience making Indian breads is required.




- Experience working in an Indian restaurant is an asset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong attention to quality, consistency, and cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, as required.
