Twig Fertility
Canada
Twig Fertility is a growing multi-site fertility practice with clinics in Midtown Toronto, Downtown Toronto, and Vancouver. We're looking for a registered nurse to lead our third party reproduction program across all three sites - holding one clear, high standard for how these deeply personal cases are managed at Twig.
This is a program leadership role for a nurse who cares equally about clinical rigour, regulatory precision, and the patient experience. You'll be Twig's subject matter expert on third party care, our organizational lead on Health Canada compliance in this area, and the person who ensures every third party patient in Toronto or Vancouver moves through their journey with the same clarity, consistency, and warmth.
If you are looking to join a dynamic, passionate, and diverse team at the forefront of fertility care in Canada, let’s chat.
What you'll do
- Lead Twig's third party program across all three clinics, setting the standard for how cases are managed from intake through treatment
- Conduct physical assessments of known donors and intended parents, and personally review all diagnostic and screening results to confirm eligibility and escalate concerns to the Medical Director
- Provide clinical and operational oversight of every active third party case, ensuring diagnostic testing, counselling, legal clearances, and documentation are complete and on time
- Own the Summary of Records (SOR) process for known donor files prior to Medical Director review
- Ensure full compliance with the Assisted Human Reproduction Act and Health Canada's Safety of Sperm and Ova Regulations requirements
- Build and maintain standardized workflows, SOPs, and training that keep Toronto and Vancouver practice fully aligned
- Collaborate closely with lab and clinical teams at every site, and report to leadership on case volumes, compliance status,
and program improvements
What you bring
- Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in fertility, reproductive medicine, or a directly comparable regulated donor or tissue program
- Working knowledge of the Assisted Human Reproduction Act and Health Canada's Safety of Sperm and Ova Regulations and record-keeping requirements for known donor cases
- Demonstrated experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder cases with attention to documentation, timelines, and regulatory detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to shift comfortably between clinical, operational, and patient-facing audiences.
- Prior experience leading or coordinating a third party reproduction program in a Canadian fertility clinic (preferred)
- Experience with process design, SOP development, or accreditation work (preferred)
- Formal leadership education (e.g., Master of Nursing, leadership certificate) or equivalent leadership experience (preferred)
