We are looking for an ECE certified teacher for our daycare, with Montessori certification, training, or experience.

Pay is $21/hr + $6/hr Wage enhancement.

The successful candidates will have to demonstrate a genuine passion for providing the highest standards in quality childcare - strong communication skills and team-working abilities are essential.

Montessori certification and experience is an asset!

Responsibilities:

- Follow our philosophy and curriculum to plan, implement and supervise age-appropriate activities
- Daily set-up and clean-up
- Provide transparent & caring supervision to children
- Consider the individual needs and goals of each child and respond accordingly
- Ensure the health and safety of the children
- Work as part of the team, which includes children,



their parents, and the centre staff members, using the philosophy of the centre
- Works in conjunction with the Manager and the Administrator to ensure the needs of the classroom are met. This includes the children and the staff.
- Give and take direction while making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in team meetings and professional development days
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Maintain a safe, and positive learning environment for all children and their families

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
