Location: Regina, SK; Hybrid, on site in Regina is preferred.

Start Date: ASAP (or within two weeks’ notice).

Duration: Six (6) months initial contract; extendible if required.

Project / Position Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Health Services Coordinator to support health system partners with the Saskatchewan Digital Health Strategy. Providing reliable, sustainable, patient-centered digital services and stakeholder coordination. Delivering service management - operational coordination and monitoring after initiative implementation, monitor KPIs and performance metrics, stakeholder engagement, service quality, and continuous improvement of digital health services. Ensuring change management, implementation monitoring, reporting, issue resolution, delivery tracking, and benefits realization. Acting as a centralized resource to provide alignment and oversight across projects.

Responsibilities / Deliverables:

The Digital Health Services Coordinator responsibilities/deliverables may include, but may not be limited to:

- Provide reliable, sustainable, patient-centered digital services and stakeholder coordination.
- Deliver service management - operational coordination and monitoring after initiative implementation, monitor KPIs and performance metrics, stakeholder engagement, service quality, and continuous improvement of digital health services.
- Coordinate enhancement of existing projects for long term transformation.
- Provide back-up for administrative support functions when needed.




- Offer dedicated leadership qualities that can ensure digital initiatives are sequenced and aligned with provincial objectives.
- Support facilitation of stakeholder engagement, consensus building, project management, and coordination across the system.
- Ensure change management, implementation monitoring, reporting, issue resolution, delivery tracking, and advantages realization.
- Act as a centralized resource to provide alignment and oversight across projects.

Experience / Skills Requirements:

The Digital Health Services Coordinator should have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is considered an asset.

2. Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Project Coordination / Management.

3. Certifications in , , and/or is considered an asset.

4. Experience with Microsoft suite and/or SharePoint.

5. Strong interpersonal skills with experience (both verbal and written) .

6. Strong facilitation skills with experience effectively facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting findings.

7. Solid ability to .

8. Knowledge of information management and information technology.

9. Knowledge of and experience with the is an asset.

10.



Excellent writing skills with experience drafting business cases, reports, plans, and proposals.

Pay: $50.94-$70.78 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

- Project Coordination / Management: 5 years (required)
- Microsoft suite and/or SharePoint: 2 years (preferred)
- Health care systems : 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Change Management, PMI, &/or business analysis (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Regina, SK S4P 0J3
