Our periodontal office is seeking a reliable, highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our dental office team.

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of booking surgical appointments and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

If you have many years of experience in dental reception and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

This position is for part-time and can be flexible. We will wait for the right candidate. No weekends, no evenings.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate treatment plans for patients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of recommended procedures.
- Educate patients on treatment options and financial obligations.
- Schedule appointments efficiently, maximizing clinic productivity.




- Assist in maintaining accurate patient records and follow-up communication.
- Collaborate closely with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care and support.

Requirements:

- Experience as a Treatment Coordinator an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Cleardent dental software preferred.
- Knowledge of periodontal treatments and procedures.
