Job Description
We're looking for a licensed Massage Therapist to join a modern, supportive clinic where RMTs are set up to do their best work — and get paid well for it. You'll deliver personalized treatments to a respectful, screened client base, in a clean, comfortable space designed with your comfort and safety in mind.

What You'll Do

- Provide qualified massage therapy using techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage
- Assess each client's needs and build customized treatment plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space
- Educate clients on post-treatment self-care and wellness practices
- Keep accurate treatment records and progress notes
- Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations
- Build positive client relationships through warm, professional communication

What We're Looking For

- Massage Therapy Diploma (2200+ hours) from a Canadian Massage Therapy school
- Active registration in good standing with MTAA, CRMTA, NHPC, or CMMOTA
- Proficiency in Swedish massage; additional modalities a plus (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Oncology, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Craniosacral, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Cupping)
- Valid liability insurance
- Robust communication skills and a genuine belief in the healing power of bodywork
- A reliable, team-oriented approach and professional presentation
- Prior wellness/spa experience is a plus, not required
