Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Identity and Reliability Engineering Specialist to build, maintain, and optimize large-scale identity services supporting hundreds of thousands of accounts and billions of requests per day. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), directory services, identity lifecycle management, system reliability, security, automation, and infrastructure engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, maintain, and optimize global identity and directory services.
- Manage and support identity lifecycle management and IAM infrastructure.
- Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, availability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and development teams to integrate identity solutions across the organization.
- Resolve complex customer and engineering escalations and provide senior-level technical support.
- Ensure IAM systems comply with security standards and industry best practices.
- Improve system architecture, resilience, and operational efficiency.




- Drive automation initiatives to enhance IAM service reliability and performance.
- Partner with system owners to support business continuity and disaster recovery for IAM systems.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation several times per quarter.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of relevant experience in IAM, Identity Engineering, Directory Services, or Reliability Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management and directory services.
- Experience with Ping Identity PingDirectory Server and/or ForgeRock Directory Services (DS).
- Experience with ForgeRock IDM and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Strong understanding of identity protocols including LDAP and SCIM.
- Knowledge of TLS, certificate management, and encryption-in-transit solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux administration, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux and CentOS.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins.
- Experience with automation tools including Ansible and Terraform.
- Robust troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
