We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our team!

This role is Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Support

- Assist with preparing product briefs and sales presentation slides tailored to customer needs
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and campaign coordination
- Manage retailer portals including Sobeys and London Drugs (e.g. new listings, item maintenance, promotional tracking)
- Review monthly debit memos, allocate charge codes, and process claimable invoices in internal systems
- Develop brochures, posters, packaging, and other print materials
- Ensure visual consistency across all brand communications
- Analyse sales data and prepare brand distribution reports
- Present insights to support sales performance and decision-making
- Coordinate product tastings, collect feedback, and support product improvements
- Conduct new product development (NPD) research and prepare presentations
- Perform monthly market visits for brand performance checks, competitor insights, and promotional monitoring
- Manage demo budgets and schedules for assigned brands and product launches
- Coordinate in-store demonstrations, ensuring stock availability and execution
- Arrange samples, build displays (shippers), and support in-store merchandising




- Work with sales teams to distribute POS materials and collect in-store display images
- Process POSM and demo-related invoices with supervisor approval
- Maintain records, reports, and internal tracking systems
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and events
- Provide reception/administrative support as required

What We’re Looking For

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to analyse data and present insights clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or marketing support is highly regarded

Required background & Experience:

- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Fluency in English (Mandarin and Cantonese advantageous)
- Experience Entry or Intermediate (1-2 years experience)
