Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our retail business.

The position focuses on QuickBooks, receipts and invoices, preparing financial documents, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day accounting administration.

This is a great chance for someone who is organized, responsible, and comfortable working with numbers and paperwork.

Responsibilities

- Maintain financial records and transactions in QuickBooks
- Organize and file business receipts, invoices, and financial documents
- Prepare and send customer invoices and track accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with data entry and expense tracking
- Communicate with the external financial team when needed
- Help ensure financial documents are complete and ready for monthly accounting review





Qualifications

- 1-2 years QuickBooks experience is required
- Good organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office software
- Good understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Reliable, responsible, and able to handle confidential business information professionally
- Experience working in a retail or small business environment is an asset

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 18.0 per week
