Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeping Manager to lead our cleaning and custodial teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, and foster a positive environment for staff and guests alike. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining a pristine, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence. Duties

- Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Develop and implement cleaning protocols aligned with industry standards and safety regulations
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold quality standards, safety procedures, and customer service excellence
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hygiene standards across all areas
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to optimize resources and reduce waste
- Schedule staff shifts efficiently to meet occupancy demands while maintaining a positive work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or deep cleans during low occupancy periods

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial roles within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and sanitation standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Familiarity with hospitality operations and guest service expectations
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment




- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience with training staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols

Compensation

- $60,000.00/year base salary ($28.85/hour)
- 3 weeks paid holidays per year
- $250.00/month car allowance
- $50.00/month cell phone allowance
- Health advantages (medical, dental, vision, etc.) after 90 days
