Adiman Foods Inc. is a growing food manufacturing company located in North York, Ontario. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Shipper / Receiver to support our shipping, receiving, inventory, warehouse, and production operations.

This is a hands-on role that involves working both in the shipping/receiving area and throughout the manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate movement, receiving, storage, and shipment of raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive incoming raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies.
- Verify received quantities against purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery documents.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report any issues.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare, stage, verify, and organize finished products for customer shipments.
- Verify product, lot, quantity, pallet, and shipping information before dispatch.
- Move raw materials, work-in-progress, finished products, and supplies between warehouse and production areas.
- Operate powered and non-powered material-handling equipment, including pallet jacks/pump trucks.
- Record shipping, receiving, inventory,



and material movements accurately using the company’s ERP/inventory system.
- Generate and apply pallet, product, and shipping labels as required.
- Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and inventory reconciliation.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO and proper product storage and handling requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, FSQA, Administration, and Logistics teams to support daily operations.
- Support different production and warehouse departments with material movement and other operational activities when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping, receiving, and warehouse area.
- Follow GMP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures.
