We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Powder Coater to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing metal parts and applying powder coating finishes while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities

- Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, sanding, and hanging parts.
- Operate powder coating equipment and spray guns safely and efficiently.
- Apply powder coating evenly according to customer and production specifications.
- Inspect finished parts for proper coverage, color, thickness, and overall quality.
- Load and unload parts from the coating line and curing oven.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of powder coating equipment.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Identify and report defects or equipment issues to supervisors.




- Assist with other production duties as required.

Working Conditions

- Standing for extended periods.
- Regular lifting, bending, reaching, and moving of metal parts.
- Exposure to powder coating materials, production noise, and heat.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.

You need to have a minimum of 1 years coatings experience, we are willing to train the right person.

Looking for all shifts Monday- Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm, Monday - Thursday 5:30pm -4:00am, Friday, Saturday Sunday 7:00am-730pm, Friday, Saturday Sunday 7:00pm - 7:30am

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $40,000.00-$54,080.00 per year
