As the Greeter you are our guests first interaction and impression of our store and brand. You will be responsible for greeting guests, checking IDs and attending to guests as they wait to enter the retail space.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Greet guests welcoming them into our store
- Check IDs and manage store entry for 19+ only
- Check guests into into our POS system
- Manage incoming calls
- Answer general questions
- General cleaning of store and front entrance
- Assist with store operations as needed
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge and be able to act in accordance with regulations set out by the AGCO (Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario)
- Actively promote and interact with a positive, fun and inclusive work environment

Qualifications & Requirements

- Excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills




- Ability to work in a fast paced workplace
- Must be 19+ years of age
- Must pass and present required background check
CannSell certified prior to start date *must provide up to date copy of certification

Availability

- Available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends as required by changing needs of business
- Shift times between 8am-11pm
Part time (under 20hrs)

Compensation

Paid hourly - $16/hour
