Job Summary

We are hiring Certified Reach/Counterbalance Operators for a temp-to-hire warehouse opportunity in Brampton, ON. This role is ideal for experienced forklift operators who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment supporting order picking, shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and warehouse accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate reach and counterbalance forklifts safely to pick, stage, move, load, and unload warehouse materials.




- Prepare and complete customer orders for delivery or pick-up while meeting accuracy and shipment quality standards.
- Load outbound trucks, organize skids, and support timely shipment execution according to daily deadlines.
- Receive inbound product, verify purchase order accuracy, break down skids, and prepare inventory for put-away.
- Support bin accuracy, cycle counts, inventory projects, and location moves as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse while following all company safety procedures and work standards.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $22.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Brampton, ON
- Day shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
- Afternoon shift candidates will train on days for 1 week.
