Master Electrician – Electrical Division LeadAbout the Role

We are looking for an experienced Class A Licensed Master Electrician to lead the development and operation of our new Electrical Division in Northern BC.

This is a hands-on leadership position. The successful candidate will perform electrical work, oversee field operations, support permitting and compliance, and work closely with our administration and project management teams.

The role offers the opportunity to help establish and grow the electrical division with the support of an established restoration company.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: $100,000 per year
- Profit Sharing: 15% of total branch electrical profit
- Housing: Employer-provided 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, built in 2024
- Vehicle: Company service vehicle provided
- Tools & Equipment: Specialized electrical tools and equipment provided

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and support the company's electrical division and required permits
- Serve as the Class A Field Safety Representative (FSR) as required for Technical Safety BC compliance
- Perform residential, commercial, and restoration-related electrical work
- Complete electrical installations, code upgrades, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Coordinate with administration and project management on estimating, job planning, permitting, scheduling, and billing




- Oversee job-site safety, material requirements, code compliance, and quality of electrical work
- Provide technical leadership and support for electrical projects throughout the Northern BC service area
- Help develop processes and procedures for the electrical division

Qualifications & Requirements

- Red Seal: Interprovincial Red Seal Electrical Journeyperson
- FSR: Class A Field Safety Representative certification
- Experience: Extensive residential and commercial electrical experience
- Leadership: Experience leading electrical projects, crews, or service operations
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety requirements, and job-site procedures
- Driver's License: Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
- Background Check: Ability to complete standard background and security checks
