Overview

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Subprime Finance Manager to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, knows how to close deals, and can manage their own workload from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who is driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced automotive sales environment.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of automotive Finance Manager experience required
- Valid OMVIC license required
- Previous subprime automotive finance experience strongly preferred
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Robust ability to follow up with leads and convert opportunities into sales
- Proven ability to close deals
- Confident working with customers with a variety of credit situations
- Highly organized and able to self-manage
- Able to manage customers and deals from initial contact through approval and delivery
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Motivated by targets, performance, and results
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused

Responsibilities

- As a Subprime Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own pipeline of customers and finance applications. This includes:




- Contacting and following up with new and existing leads
- Building rapport with customers over the phone
- Completing credit applications and reviewing customer credit situations
- Structuring and submitting deals to lenders
- Working with lenders to obtain competitive approvals
- Presenting financing options and overcoming objections
- Following up consistently with customers
- Closing and finalizing deals
- Coordinating documentation and vehicle delivery
- Maintaining accurate customer and deal records
- Managing your pipeline independently and ensuring no opportunities are missed

- Experience: Automotive Finance Manager – 1 year minimum (required)
