Parts Sales Representative

Position Summary
The Parts Sales Representative is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while promoting and selling parts and services to meet customer needs. This role supports both retail customers and service technicians to ensure efficient operations and timely service.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide knowledgeable, professional service to customers at the parts counter
- Promote and sell parts, products, and services based on customer needs
- Order parts and accessories for customers and technicians, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment
- Follow up on orders to confirm delivery timelines and customer satisfaction
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory,



ensuring proper storage and location accuracy
- Assist in maintaining an organized, attractive showroom and parts displays
- Stay current on recent products and continuously build product knowledge

Qualifications

- Basic computer skills
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with John Deere equipment or agricultural parts is considered an asset
