We are looking for Team Leaders and a Senior Team Leader for our location in (Sundance & Macleod trail). As a Team Leader, our goal is to develop you and eventually present you with other career opportunities. Responsibilities

· · Setting the pace for the team, being the leader during a shift

· · Being on the floor with a team, leading the team

· · Ensure quality food and service during a shift

· · Labour control during a shift

· · Resolve guest complaints / service recovery

· · Train new staff or cross train existing team members

· · Oversee the operations of a food service establishment

· · Monitor team member performance. Ensure standard (Food & Service) are met





· · Implement operational procedures from time to time

Education & Experience

· · Preferably 2-3 years’ experience leading a team

· · Restaurant experience

· · High School Education

Qualifications

· · Understands the difference

· · between Fast Food and Fast Casual

· · Team Oriented is a must

· · Able to lead a group of people, by setting the pace

· · Ability to think on your feet

· · Possess good communication skills

· · Positive Attitude

· · Food Handler certification preferred not required

Skills

· · Well organized

· · Performs well under stress

· · Knowledge of basic accounting

· · Great leadership ability

· · Great attention to detail

· · Good management skills

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
