We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Host/Server. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for each guest
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Process payments using the POS system
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:




- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
