We are looking for a friendly, professional, organized, and motivated Front Desk Coordinator / Receptionist to join our growing team.

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of administrative, receptionist, customer service, or front desk experience preferred
- Previous experience in a medical aesthetics clinic, beauty clinic, spa, skincare, cosmetics, or related beauty industry is strongly preferred
- Genuine passion and interest in beauty, skincare, and medical aesthetics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, polished, friendly, and welcoming personality
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing appointments, phone calls, emails, client inquiries, payments, and daily front desk operations
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinic environment
- Reliable, responsible, punctual, and able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable learning about clinic treatments, products, promotions, and services to assist clients
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Sales, social media, content creation, or marketing experience is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Greeting and assisting clients, managing appointments and schedules, answering calls and messages, processing payments, maintaining accurate client information, supporting daily clinic operations, communicating current promotions and services,



and providing an excellent client experience from the moment a client contacts the clinic until they leave.

This position will also include marketing and promotional responsibilities, such as assisting with social media content, clinic promotions, campaigns, basic content creation, marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable contributing ideas and supporting the clinic’s overall brand and growth.
