Wild Rose School Division requires a

Regular Part Time Caretaker

For H.W. Pickup School in Drayton Valley, Alberta

This position is covered by the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) Collective Agreement. Rate of pay is in accordance with the Wage Schedule set forth in this agreement.

Applications are invited for a 37.5 hour/week Regular Part Time Caretaker position for

H.W. Pickup School and Frank Maddock High School with a preferred start date of October 5, 2026.

Details of position: The successful candidate will be responsible for all cleaning in specified areas of the school. The work shift will be 6:00 am to 11:30 am at HWP and 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm at FMHS (7.5 hours/day) Monday to Friday. Starting wage is $22.45/hour increasing to $22.90 September 1, 2026. Pay Schedule is bi-weekly.

The successful candidate will be required to provide an original,



satisfactory and current (within six months) Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector as conditions of employment.
