The Chest Clinic in Maple Ridge is looking for a motivated MOA to join our team. We are a well-established medical specialist office that offers a busy and rewarding work setting.

Candidates are required to have medical office experience, MOA certificate preferred. The ability to multitask, work independently, and communicate well in English are essential. Candidates must be comfortable with working in a paperless office, with preference to those who have EMR experience. Candidates must be reliable and dependable, with the ability to learn quickly. We are searching for permanent, long term staff members to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide support in maintaining a busy specialist office, with answering phones,



scheduling appointments and notifying patients, managing accurate information in the EMR, and office management. Candidates may also help with performing spirometry in the office, with appropriate training.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 26.0 per week

- Medical office : 1 year (required)
- Electronic medical records: 1 year (required)
