Role
We’re hiring Reformer Pilates Instructors to lead consistent, high-quality classes.

Experience

1+ year of studio teaching (2+ years preferred).

Status & Schedule

- Independent Contractor (Toronto, ON)
- Class types: Reformer Signature / Power / Foundations [adjust as needed]
- Shifts: Subs List

What you’ll do

- Deliver safe, progressive Reformer classes with precise, inclusive cueing
- Scale for mixed levels; modify confidently for injuries and prenatal
- Keep transitions tight and classes on time; manage set-up/tear-down
- Offer grounded hospitality: learn names, celebrate progress, uphold policies
- (Optional) Participate in short studio content (consent-based)

Must-haves

- 1+ year recent studio teaching (3+ years preferred) on Reformer
- Recognized Pilates certification (Body Harmonics/STOTT/BASI/Polestar/Mindful Movement Training or equivalent)
- Current CPR/First Aid and professional liability insurance
- Invoice monthly, and if HST is remitted, HST number on invoices (mandatory)




- Strong anatomy/programming skills; qualified communication and reliability
- Experience teaching Mat (hot or non-hot)
- Experience teaching pre/post natal
- Experience with injuries and special populations

Nice-to-haves

- Comfort with small apparatus (ring, ball, bands)
- Familiarity with Mariana Tek / Xplor Growth

Compensation

- Rate: TBD [up to $60 per class DOE]
- HST added to invoices if remitted (include your HST #)
