About the Role

F3 Uranium Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper/Junior Accountant to join our collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational bookkeeping experience who wants to build their skills while supporting a broad range of accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice entry, payment tracking and follow-up
- Enter receipts, journal entries and other transactions into the accounting system
- Support the payment cycle by preparing and sending remittance information
- Reconcile bank, credit-card and supplier accounts
- Monitor company bank accounts and maintain accurate vendor banking information
- Maintain accurate general-ledger records and supporting documentation
- Assist with month-end and year-end processes, including reporting checklists, budgets and working papers
- Assist in annual audits with third-party auditors
- Complete GST/PST filings, remittances and related records
- Track ESTMA and fuel-rebate expenses
- Manage the accounting email inbox and respond to routine inquiries
- Maintain financial records that are complete, accurate, well organized, and kept confidential
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve discrepancies and complete accounting tasks




- Provide administrative and financial support as required

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of bookkeeping, accounting or finance-related experience, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
- Accounting diploma, certificate or equivalent experience considered an asset
- Knowledge of Canadian bookkeeping processes
- Knowledge of IFRS and IASB guidelines
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or comparable platform
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and confidence using cloud-based tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines
- Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Able to handle confidential financial information with discretion and a high level of accountability
- Experience supporting a growing organization or public company
