We are currently seeking a qualified, experienced, Live-In Building Resident- Manager for a new residential apartment buildings in Langford, BC.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leasing units, collecting rent, collecting security deposits and screening applicants
- Daily customer service to all current tenants
- Submitting daily reports including vacancy reports and purchase orders
- Completing work orders and repairs to occupied units
- Minor maintenance including patching walls, painting, repairs and installing appliances
- Daily cleaning of lobbies, hallways, parking lot and rental office
- On-call during evenings & weekends
- Must live on-site

Your qualifications include:·

- 3 years of previous experience in residential property management·
- Strong communication and organizational skills·
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet)·
- Strong cleaning skills
- Knowledge of the BC Residential Tenancy Act
