Duties

- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling according to client preferences
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and providing personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, tools, and equipment
- Engage in upselling retail products to clients to support their hair care needs
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling transactions




- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication skills and professional demeanor
- Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques to ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements

- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a salon environment
- Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus
- A valid cosmetology license or certification as required by local regulations
