Job Summary

People's Choice HR Inc. is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Window Glaziers & Spray Painters to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply spray paint and coatings using spray guns or brushes to achieve smooth, even finishes on windows, frames, and other surfaces.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cutting, shaping, and securing materials.
- Perform rigging tasks as needed for lifting or positioning heavy glass or window units safely.
- Maintain a clean work workplace by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.

Experience

- Construction experience with a focus on glazing, painting, or restoration projects is highly preferred.




- Proficiency in drywall installation, carpentry, or industrial painting is a plus.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools such as scrapers, putty knives, brushes; power tools including drills and spray guns.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding client needs.
