EggSolutions-Vanderpols Inc. (“Vanderpols Eggs”), is a food processing plant that processes shell eggs into liquid egg and other types of egg-based products. Our products are distributed into retails stores, food service operations & other food manufacturing plants.

Who are you:

· Demonstrates leadership ability and interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements, SOPs, and GMPs.

· Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.





· Ability to understand and work complex issues or problems.

What you'll do:

· Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department.

· Ensure HR, QA and HS policies and procedures are followed.

· Develop a positive working agile with the team to ensure a safe, respectful and healthy work environment.

· Recommend, prepare and implement SOPS, checklist.

· Evaluated, enhances and measure quality management systems.

· Internal and external audits and identifying problems and bottlenecks.

· Conduct Quality meetings.

· Validation.

What you've done:

· BSc Degree in Food Science/Biotechnology

· Experience with HACCP

· 3-5 years in a management position

Pay: $90,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
