On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Technical Business Analyst - PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Technical Business Analyst - PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery - Job Description:
The project involves supporting the Insurance Squad as a Technical Business Analyst with a focus on PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery. The role requires working with Canadian banking business lines to provide day-to-day support, leveraging expertise in PEGA Marketing/Pega Decision Manager/Customer Decision Hub (CDH).

Technical Business Analyst - PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery - Responsibilities:

- Responsible for requirement gathering and supporting design, build, and execution of customer marketing offers
- Apply Next Best Action design principles to build and test decision strategies using Pega application
- Document and implement business requirements for customer interactions across channels
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and deliver insights and recommendations
- Act as a liaison between various stakeholders including analytics, marketing, and technology teams




- Provide subject matter expertise on customer contact and support data validation activities
- Support production incident investigations and inquiries

Technical Business Analyst - PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery - Mandatory Skills:

- 5-7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- 2+ years’ experience with PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery
- Experience with Pega Marketing/Pega Decision Manager/Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
- Experience with targeted leads/campaign execution and segmentation
- 4+ years’ experience working with large data sets and relational databases with advanced SQL skills

Technical Business Analyst - PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Familiarity with banking products
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform
- Previous experience with Data bricks
- Recent experience with Python

Technical Business Analyst - PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery – Assignment Length:
The contract duration is until October 4, 2027, with a possibility of extension.
