Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate servers to join our team at a vibrant Coastal Mediterranean restaurant in Toronto. As a server at Abrielle, you are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests by possessing thorough product knowledge, embodying warm hospitality, and anticipating and meeting guests’ needs.

Reports to

Executive Chef, Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

- Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, glasses,



pots, pans, and utensils, by machine and by hand
- Replenishing items for both front and back of house use
- Ensuring the dish area is kept clean and organized
- Have ongoing communicate with front of house and back of house staff to ensure smooth flow during service

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years previous experience an asset
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Detail oriented with positive communication skills with all team members
- Able to work well independently as well as part of a team..

Job Duties:
- Other duties as requested
- Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises
- Assist chefs and waitstaff as required, especially during peak hours
- Escalate major issues when necessary (e.g. safety risks, equipment failure)
- Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware promptly and store them in the appropriate places
- Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary

Skills/Qualifications
