In this position, of Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales and service of new and existing clients. Through exceptional client service you will build strong lasting relationships with our clients by protecting what matters most to them.

Responsibilities

- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service
- Assist Clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients
- Provide service on clients existing business, as needed
- Make our clients feel heard and valued
- Make timely renewal calls to our existing clients
- Stay up to date on product knowledge
- Complete all internal training to stay current on all products

Requirements:
- Minimum required - General Level 1 insurance license - Alberta
- Minimum 1 year Experience
- Ability to work as a team
- Able to Multi Task
- Organized,



with the ability to be proactive in problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in sales and customer service is strongly preferred
