We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will help local businesses grow through effective radio and online advertising campaigns. This role includes prospecting for new business, managing existing client relationships, and consulting with businesses to uncover ways Golden West can help them reach their goals.

What will you do?

Everything you do has one goal: provide an exceptional client experience. To achieve that, you'll:

- Identify new business opportunities through cold-calling and other outbound sales methods while building and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand the goals and challenges of local businesses.
- Develop and present advertising plans/marketing plans that align with your clients' objectives.
- Manage ongoing client relationships by providing campaign updates, insights, and recommendations.
- Use sales planning tools to manage your pipeline, forecast sales, and achieve your goals.

- You're looking for "an office job" and enjoy lots of quiet, focus time at your desk. Sure, you’ll have to enter orders and update your sales planner, but the most successful Account Managers thrive on interacting with clients.
