The ideal candidate will have construction / Real Estate accounting background, be detailed oriented and have strong analytical and communication skills. Having experience using real estate accounting software is an asset.

Duties

· Prepare year-end working paper files and draft financial statements for external accountants review

· Prepare corporate tax returns

· Ad hoc duties as assigned

Experience:





- Construction / Real Estate Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Familiarity and working knowledge with construction accounting software. Experience with REMS, Yardi Gemini, Yardi Voyager an asset.
- Accounting designation is an asset but not required
- Basic knowledge of preparing corporate taxes using Taxprep software

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
