We are looking to fill the position of Accounting Assistant. You are a problem solver, The ideal candidate will have previous knowledge in data entry, a clear communicator, and have excellent knowledge of Excel.

Your Responsibilities

- Reconcile daily cash outs and enter cash outs in the cash sheets
- Reconcile promotions and vouchers in the cash sheets
- Maintain department floats and safe counts
- Reconcile and process Petty Cash
- Assist with accounts receivable as required
- Process Ticketing and Ski School Reservations
- Moneris setup and maintenance
- Miscellaneous filing and job-related duties as assigned

You

- Have strong communication skills,



both written and verbal
- Are enthusiastic and passionate about skiing and outdoor adventure
- Possess excellent time-management, organization and multi-tasking skills
- Maintain the ability to work well under pressure
- Are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrate a pleasant and professional demeanor

Required Experience

- High school diploma with specialized courses in accounting
- 1-2 years’ experience in accounts receivable will be an asset

- Self-starter with ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Knowledge of ACCPAC will be an asset
- Previous bookkeeping experience will be an asset
