Accounts Receivables Coordinator

Profile Wine Group, one of Canada’s premier wine agencies is currently seeking an Experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator. Reporting to the Staff Accountant, this position will be responsible for the overall accounts receivable aging, collection of outstanding balances and reducing account collection times. The successful candidate will be a motivated team player, showcasing proven AR & Collection abilities.

Core Responsibilities

· Conduct daily collections activities and update customer account notes

· Handle customer inquiries and requests: invoices, account statements, etc.

· Process and post daily receipts, credit card payments, and credit memos

· Prepare and process daily bank deposits

· Prepare various aging reports for sales reps, customers, and management

· Reconcile AR balances, NSF cheques and miscellaneous income to general ledger

· Preparation of monthly and year-end closing files as required

· Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle

Education & Experience:

· Post-Secondary education in an accounting discipline preferred

· Minimum of 3+ years AR and Credit/Collections experience

Skills/Competencies





· Must have excellent knowledge of MS Office with above average Excel skills

· Experience with QuickBooks Online and ERP systems is considered an asset

· Highly motivated self-starter with strong planning and organizational skills

· Ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast paced and demanding environment

· Above average analytical skills, follow through, and attention to detail

· Ability to work professionally with both internal and external customers

· Ability to prioritize multiple accounts and meet month-end deadlines.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly when dealing with customers regarding outstanding balances

Pay: $52,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
