Position Description

Title: Highschool Co-op Student

Department: Plant Overhead

Location: Cornwall, ON

Reports to: Operations Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dependable High School Co-op Student to support our office team in a manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on experience in general office administration while gaining exposure to how administrative functions support production, safety, and operations.

The successful candidate will develop workplace skills such as organization, communication, confidentiality, and time management in a professional setting.

Principal Accountabilities

- Filing and organizing safety and production documents
- Data entry using Excel and internal systems
- Assisting with training materials
- Preparing documents, spreadsheets, and basic reports
- Photocopying, scanning, and distributing office materials
- Supporting safety initiatives such as bulletin boards and sign-in/logs
- Providing general office support to HR, Operations,



Engineering or Finance as assigned
- Complete additional duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

- Office-based role within a manufacturing facility
- Standard daytime hours aligned with school co-op requirements
- Training and supervision provided
