Our All Rounders are cross-trained across serving, bartending, and expo, and they operate under a team service model where everyone supports everyone. What You'll Do

- Own the Floor: Deliver warm, attentive,



high-quality service to large sections — sometimes 50+ guests at a time — without losing the personal touch that makes Prairie Dog feel like home.
- Wear Many Hats: Shift seamlessly between serving, bartending, and expo depending on what the team needs. Multitasking isn't just expected — it's the whole job.
- Work the Team Model: Lean on your teammates and be the person they can lean on too. Our team service model means no one succeeds alone, and no one fails alone either.
- Handle the Rush: Big groups, back-to-back events, and packed patios are the norm here. You'll bring the speed and efficiency to keep service moving without cutting corners on quality or connection.
- Set the Tone: Whether you're greeting a first-timer or pouring a pint for a regular, you're representing what Prairie Dog is all about — genuine, welcoming, community-first hospitality.

What You Bring to the Table

- Experience: You've worked high-volume FOH before and know how to stay sharp when the heat is on. Serving experience is preferred but not required.
- Range: You're comfortable moving between roles mid-shift and thrive when no two hours look the same, but can also handle eight hours of one station, whatever the team needs that day.
- Detail & Speed: You can manage a lot of moving pieces at once without letting things slip through the cracks.
- Connection: You never let the pace get in the way of making a guest feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of.
- Team Mentality: You show up for your crew, communicate clearly, and never leave a teammate hanging.
- Vibe: A positive attitude and a sense of humour — we like to have fun while we work.
