Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair household appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative repairs
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical appliance issues
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Assemble and disassemble appliances as required for repairs or part replacements
- Clearly explain repair issues and solutions to customers
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service

What We’re Looking For
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A professional, customer-focused attitude
- Good organizational and time-management skills




- Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Appliance repair experience or the ability to read technical schematics is an asset, but not required
