Responsibilities

- Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization to discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.

- Support implementation and integration of technology solutions in a cybersecurity context.

- Conduct systems administration of multiple components including operating systems and databases.

- Drive the adoption of security best practices and ensure team compliance with security policies.

- Collaborate with other technology and business leaders to ensure a cohesive security posture.

Requirements

- Solid knowledge of Angular programming including TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for frontend development.

- Proficient in core Java programming for backend code development with Spring Boot framework.

- Good knowledge of Unix commands, database queries, shell and bash scripting, database setup, and database modeling.

- Familiarity with SDLC and CI/CD, participating in the full Software Delivery Lifecycle, including design reviews, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.





- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability of applications.

- Experience in platform setup/creation and maintenance.

- Good knowledge of REST API data extraction from multiple sources.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Kafka Streaming framework for data processing.

- Understanding of various firewall, application, system, and platform logs, to develop code for data normalization.

- Understanding of data analytics concepts.

- Ability to support the Cyber Security Threat Hunt team with data analytics needs and collaborate with technology, business, security, and regulatory teams.

- Ability to identify and highlight gaps in their own knowledge and proactively seek out the information required.

- Capability to synthesize multiple asks and timelines into holistic, clearly defined milestones and deliverables within a dynamic setting.

- Proven ability to apply a high attention to detail, work autonomously, and meet deadlines.

- Strong initiative and a proactive attitude in approach to work.
