As an Application Manager, you will oversee the management and optimisation of software applications within the company. You will work closely with teams to ensure applications meet business needs and operate seamlessly, while identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.

Description

- Manage and support business applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and availability.
- Provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and utilize SQL for investigation.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system improvements.
- Lead application enhancements, implementations, upgrades, migrations, testing, and deployments.
- Support data quality, reporting, user training, documentation, and change management initiatives.

Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in application support, application management,



business systems analysis, or functional analysis.
- Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional specification experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL, relational databases, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
- Experience with application implementations, migrations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
- Qualified fluency in both French and English (required).
