What we´re looking for:

We're seeking Architectural Technologist graduates who are eager to learn, passionate about making a positive impact, and excited to contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of our communities.

As a Graduate Architectural Technologist, you will work alongside experienced architects, engineers, designers, and project teams to support the development of design documentation, technical drawings, and digital models across a diverse range of architectural projects. Applying the knowledge gained through your studies, you will help deliver accurate and high-quality design outputs that support project objectives and contribute to successful outcomes for our clients and communities.

You will gain hands-on experience using industry-standard design and drafting tools while developing your understanding of design processes, project delivery, and documentation best practices in a real-world consulting environment. Through mentorship, collaboration, and exposure to a variety of projects, you will build your technical capability, attention to detail,



and understanding of how quality documentation supports the delivery of effective engineering solutions.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

- Gather and organize project data from standard sources and prepare clear architectural drawings for the team using Revit and BIM tools.
- Answer routine questions related to architectural design processes, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Help monitor and spot issues in Revit/BIM and suggest fixes for review by senior team members to keep design tools running smoothly.
- Grow your skills by joining training sessions, seeking feedback, and staying updated on new technology and industry standards for Architecture in Ontario.
- Support project teams in reviewing drawings and documentation for compliance with applicable Ontario Building Code requirements, under the guidance of senior architectural staff.
- Assist with design tasks by following set procedures and supporting the team in creating and updating BIM models and architectural plans.
- Support product and design development by helping analyze client needs and interpreting project data using BIM/Revit.
- Perform quality checks on Revit/BIM models and drawings, ensuring they meet project requirements and rejecting items that don’t meet standards.

What you will bring to the Team

- A recent or upcoming degree completion in a relevant discipline for the role.
- 0-2 years of experience related to the role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and approach challenges with curiosity.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse and multidisciplinary teams.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to continuous professional development.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- A genuine interest in sustainability, innovation, and creating positive outcomes for communities.
- Knowledge of and practical experience with Autodesk Revit and Building Information Modelling (BIM) workflows.

Salary: Toronto & Mississauga $30 per hour | Waterloo $28.50 per hour. Salary Range is based on the preferred work location. If the selected candidate´s location differs, changes to the salary range may apply.
