What You Will Do
As part of a small but mighty collaborative team, an Architectural Technologist works on all aspects of the construction and design process of new construction of mixed-use multi-residential buildings as well as historical revitalization projects
- Construction-Ready Drawing Packages
- Quantity Take-offs
- Maintain sufficient caffeine intake
- Design Concepts
- Coordination and Review of drawing sets
- Site Visits of Projects
- Building 3D models
- Participate in full-filled team building activities
- Collaborate in Procore, Bluebeam and SharePoint
- Become a part of an open and collective environment
What You Bring to the Table
- Architectural or Engineering Technology related diploma
- Multi-Unit Mixed Use Design
- Cross Discipline knowledge - MEP
- BIM and AutoCAD and Revit Fluency
- Building Science
- Thirst for learning
