Alpa Pre-Engineered Panel Systems is currently seeking motivated Assemblers to join our growing team in Courtice, Ontario. Day Shift Schedule

Our day shift operates on a 44-hour work week:

- Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM (paid until 3:30 PM)
- Friday: 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Enjoy your afternoons and weekends while working with a supportive and dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities As an Assembler, you will:

- Fabricate wall and floor panel components using wood products and hardware
- Read and follow production specifications and instructions
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in all work performed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will possess

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able and willing to lift up to 50lbs
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- The ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices




- Experience using hand and power tools is considered an asset
- No previous manufacturing experience required. We are happy to train the right candidate.
